I’ll probably stop coming to this location after this visit. The last three times I’ve gone there’s been some kind of issue. I’ll preface by saying there was only one person ahead of us tonight. After waiting 10 mins for our food they came out and said they were out of croissants. Ok no biggie. Then they came out and said they magically found some a few minutes later. Ok weird, but great…just make the food at this point. I’m glad I didn’t eat this in the car on the way home. Not only were the magic croissants hard…the lettuce is so old it was soggy and black on some parts. Gross. Either they just don’t care anymore or someone was making sandwiches with their eyes closed.

Okay so, let me preface by saying I love chicken salad chick. I’ve been to multiple locations and have tasted almost every flavor! Well today I got the kickin Kay Lynne on a croissant and it was the nastiest texture and so so dry. It’s like they forgot to add Mayo or something, has the texture of tuna out of a can. I’ve never had chicken salad so bad from chicken salad chick, and was extremely disappointed. I ended up throwing it away because I couldn’t stomach it.

Our family thinks this place is good. However the only thing I know is that we walked in and there were employees standing around behind the counter chatting but we still had to stand in line. I’ll add to this review after we’ve had an opportunity to taste it. But I just couldn’t leave without making some comments about the exceedingly poor service we received.

I come here sometimes after clinical to grab some lunch and every time I have came my food has been wrong everytime. Which I understand sometimes mistakes happen but when the kitchen tries to argue with you with the receipt I just get baffled. I don’t understand why you would argue with a paying customer? I will never be back to this location.

Ordered Dixie Chick chicken salad. My favorite bc it's the only one with onions. Grape salad is my go to side, very taste 😋

Today was our first visit, and we were pleasantly surprised! The young lady that served us, Samantha, was very friendly and offered us samples so that we could make our choices easier. The food was delicious!!!! My husband got his scoop in a sandwich, and I got mine with just crackers as I wasn't real hungry, but needed to eat something. Their food is filling, yet not heavy, so you don't leave with a miserably full stomach. The restaurant was clean for the amount of customers there, just a few crumbs on the carpet. The tables, Windows, and counters were clean, and all the staff was pleasant and smiling. Our service was beyond reproach, and she actually took the time to come to our table to check on us, and inform us about their rewards app. We had a great first experience, and we'll be returning soon!

Well call me a believer. After much poking and prodding from friends and family, I finally tried chicken Salad Chick. I don’t even like mayonnaise and the bbq chicken salad was bomb diggity.

Every time I go to this location they are out of the flavor or croissants. This last time I even called ahead to make sure they had croissants got there to pick up and they just ran out. I will never go back again.
